Refund Policy

Every TV gets a free 7-day trial so you can test Beacon IPTV with your own playlist before paying.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made.

Refunds

If Beacon IPTV does not work with your TV or playlist, contact support@beaconiptv.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. This right of withdrawal follows EU consumer law. Renewal payments are not refunded once the period has started, except where required by law.

Content is not covered

Beacon IPTV does not provide content. Problems with a playlist or provider service are outside the scope of this policy; please contact your provider.
